I led the coordination of the IOH Lobby Revitalization, connecting the facility team, PT PMA as the contractor, and Dedato and Dassociate as design partners. By managing communication, timelines, and alignment across all stakeholders, I helped ensure a smooth renovation process and a refreshed lobby experience that enhances daily user flow.

Challenge
Renovating the main entrance posed a significant challenge because the lobby had to remain functional for daily traffic.
The team needed to move quickly while still maintaining safety, accessibility, and workflow continuity. Creating a temporary access plan for employees and visitors, coordinating timelines with the facility team, and managing multiple vendors and design partners added further complexity.
