IOH Workspace Rejuvenation
I supported the IOH rejuvenation as one of the client-side coordinators, aligning design, construction, and facility teams while integrating sustainable elements such as biophilic features and responsible material choices. Through close collaboration with multiple partners, I helped ensure a smooth execution and a workspace that feels refreshed, functional, and future-ready.

Supporting responsible material choices and managing biophilic elements.
Process
As one of the project coordinators representing the client team (Indosat), I played a key role in connecting decisions, workflows, and approvals across disciplines with my team
Internal coordination: worked closely with the Facility Management Team to define needs, align timelines, and maintain operational flow during renovation.
Design collaboration: liaised with Dedato to refine interior concepts and secure CEO approval for key design decisions.
Construction management: coordinated with Knight Frank and Prasetya Mulya Abadi to execute construction phases smoothly and resolve onsite issues quickly.
Interior elements: managed interior component procurement and installation with Rifyo Indonesia, ensuring quality and consistency.
Indoor planting system: oversaw the full indoor planting strategy with Tunas Baru Daya (TBD) to introduce biophilic elements that enhance well-being and improve the overall atmosphere.
Conclusion
IOH Rejuvenation was a complex project with multiple parties involved. Effective coordination and a sustainability mindset were essential throughout the process. As one of the coordinators, I helped connect teams, streamline decisions, and integrate sustainable considerations. The result is a refreshed and future-ready workspace that supports both people and organisational performance.
